They aren't offside. They are offside when the ball goes over the top, but they aren't playing the ball. Then the pass goes backwards so they are all onside.

Take a look for yourself. The guy who ends up assisting the goal is just onside, and the 2 in the middle aren't going for the ball so they aren't "active". Then the pass goes backwards so no offside.
