Mbappe reminds me a bit of Pogba, lots of hype and undoubted talent,but would he be prepared to work and press and run like our boys are starting to perfect?

I read the other week that PSG were committed to buying him once it was mathematically confirmed that PSG avoided relegation

Agreed, but in seasons past the difference is that I don't think we had the belief we could beat Barca/Madrid but it's a different playing field now.

This team is oozing confidence and ability and belief.
 
Lineker has written us off - the old guard like Real have put the likes of PSG and City in their place. Pity we are 4 down going into tomorrow. PSGs departure must open an opportunity for PEG ?

With PSG and Napoli both out, I don't see any reason why we can't go on and win this competition.

Those wankers on BT talk about City as a bunch of Jonny come lately’s but over recent years we have been the English ever presents - the likes of Liverpool are the newbies along with Spuds.

Seriously though I don't even think it's that. It's ingrained bias given the class of pundit they attract. Frank excepted.
