I have a Liverpool supporting mate (from India, not scouse) who was going on about that this weekend whilst we watched the Arse match at the local Liverpool pub here in Boston (he and few other non-Dipper supporters dragged me there). Several other supporters jumped on when I said I thought Ederson was the better all-around keeper, especially in Pep and Klopp’s systems. I had to endure all kinds of ridiculous reasoning from them and he was encouraging it all the while.
He also started a conversation about why VVD is far superior to Stones, when someone asked me if I thought Stones was becoming world class and I answered that I did.
It’s everything I can do right now not to send him a message.
Ha. Wait until full time, best not to jinx it.

Ah, commentator playing the injury card. No Lovren or Gomez and other players rusty after limited playing time. That explains everything !
They've literally looked shit most of the times I've watched them this season. Today has been no different so far. Chelsea look like our closest rivals. I know they're still joint top on games played and everything, but still.
I think their bubble might pop if they drop some points quickly. If they fell to 5 or 7 points behind there's no way they'd come back.
They're playing 8 first team starters as well.
Sturridge for Firmino, Lallana for Henderson and Matip for Gomez the only real changes.
Still expect them to turn this around but we're probably seeing signs of burnout already. Especially when you factor in their recent performances.
