The last 15-20 minutes of the game just confirms how corrupt UEFA & the Champs league really is , the ref gave anything and everything to get the Rags cnts back in the game , and but for the leipzig keepers legs in the last minute it would have worked.

Seriously apart from BBC l have not seen much coverage of Rob and what MND can do to a professional sportsman. Best wishes to him and his lovely supportive family and of course well done to Kevin Sinfield for showing true friendship.

I didn't know that. Although it is obviously awful for anyone it seems so much worse when it hits a relatively young and fit sportsman and l am surprised none of the BBC features mentioned Stephen as the monies will go to help Rob's family plus the MND charity generally.
The cynic in me makes me suspect that the BBC were not aware of Stephen's early Liverpool connection and his own MND foundation.

It was sickening and demoralizing - people who didn't watch that game don't realize that it was a miracle save from the Leipzig keeper who prevented an own goal.
We may all laugh at the rags now, but they were closer to snatching a draw than most people think.
