I think he's arguing because the official said "The black guy" Demba Ba rightly asks him why do you need the word black in there as you wouldn't say "The white guy".

Maybe he would if there were 4 black guys and a white guy on the bench. It's a way of identifying someone and doesn't necessarily have to be said in an offensive tone If someone wore glasses and someone said the guy with the glasses is that offensive too? Or the guy with the red hair if there was just one?
Clearly the use of the word negru is wrong but if that does as is being claimed simply mean black in Romanian has he done anything wrong?
I just think this whole thing has gone way too far now with people jumping on anything to highlight the cause.
I just think we/the media are far too quick to condemn n these days let's get the facts and then make an informed decision before hanging the guy
