Bayern gave us two stiff tests last season, but on the basis of the first quarter of an hour they appear to have regressed.

Thing everyone needs to remember though is that the Champions League doesn’t really start until February and everyone’s form THEN is what really matters, not now. So I wouldn’t rule Bayern out based on this. Let’s see how everyone is shaping up after the turn of the year. If they haven’t kicked into gear then, then yeah they’ve regressed.
