Am I right in thinking we have to play Galatasary last CL match? I hope it isn't as fraught as last season when we needed to beat Brugge. Only to end up with Real Mardarses again..

I didn't see the game, I realise Dips were dross but were Gala good and do we need to worry?

Happens a lot through the season just because it can’t occur that all teams just play home then away on alternate weeks because some weeks there’d be nobody to play.

In November we have two home games in a row, two away games in a row between Christmas and NY, two home games in a row in January and then two away games in a row in January, and two home games in a row in February.

Yeah; I thought I read somewhere years ago that it's impossible to have every team playing alternate home and away games throughout the season.

I said before the season started it would affect them at some point. In the main their wins have been rather lucky. Last two performances shows the cracks. I can’t see how such an event wouldn’t have a negative effect on any squad.

In other news the last two dippers on talk sport have asked for Wirtz and Slot to leave the club lol.

I think us blues knew we were in trouble from the get go last season as we were just getting by in games.. then the wheels fell off and all of a sudden our results echoed our performances and on field cohesion. Yeah, see what you’re saying and hopefully it plays out that way. However on paper at least they’ve bought well and strengthened so it could click in a month or 2.
