Champions League Games | Gameweek 4 | 4/5 Nov '25

There’s not much I like about Liverpool full stop but can’t fucking stand Madrid, glad to see they’ve lost.

I couldn’t watch that game tonight because the Madrid players would have done my head in too much with all their slapping the floor and crying for fouls all the time.

Congratulations Vinny K 16/16 amazing

Unfortunately, I see that Vin has signed a new contract taking to him to 2029. So that seems to be decided in his own mind. I think having managed a genuine big club in Europe, and being one of the most intelligent and authoritative players we've ever had, would have made him at least one of the potential heirs to Pep. But it's not to be.

Not the all-conquering display from Liverpool that the giddy media lot would have you believe.

Madrid had their moments, they just shat the bed frequently while under no pressure.

Contracts can be compensated.

And what’s to say Pep won’t renew, until 2029, when Vinnie will be available without having to compensate the German rags?

Great result for vinny. Presuming we don't i would like Bayern to win it, Vinny deserves that success. And to me, It would make it so much sweeter if Kompany is wildly successful at Bayern then as soon as Pep calls it a day, we come knocking and he bails on them instantly and there is nothing they can do about it. The meltdown from Hoeness and co. Would be glorious.

I don't think it was an outstanding performance. I thought Real looked toothless at top and did a lot of what Villa did which is pass rather than go more direct. If you go direct against this dipper side they can't cope, and on the counter they're not the side they used to be.

We will let them have the ball to expose the space in behind and beat them just like we beat Bournemouth. Mark my words. Unless we don't, then just forget what I said.

Why did they boo T.A so much ? I don't get it ?

I reckon it's something to do with this:

The following cult criteria and cult behaviors are the best way to determine what makes a cult:

  • Ideological purity: Members are strongly discouraged from questioning the cult's doctrine and any doubts are met with shame or punishment.
  • Isolation: It is common for people in cults to be encouraged to cut contact with outsiders
  • Us-vs-them mentality: Cult members are often encouraged to see the cult as superior to life on the outside and to feel that those outside the cult lack understanding or insight.

He’s hardly going to turn down a contract extension at one of the biggest clubs in the world is he? Doesn’t mean if Pep decided to leave in a couple of years and we wanted Vinnie that he wouldn’t still come back though just because he’s under contract.

For me it’s a straight shoot with out between him and the man across from him tonight, Enrique

Unfortunately they were very good and if it wasn’t for Courtois Liverpool would have put a score on them.

We’re going to have to be on it this Sunday
