Feels like VAR is more passive in Europe.

Upemecano is a clumsy player but I didn't see enough momentum, malice and follow thru in the challenge to warrant a red. I would concede a blue card for him though.

The replay showing a hole in his sock after the challenge is what sealed it for me. There has to be some real force and follow thru after contact is made for that to happen.

Plenty of football to play yet. I'd put Real Madrid only slightly behind City. In a one off game I'd be relatively confident if we (Arsenal) got City in the final. 2 legged tie not confident at all.
