Tolmie surely if we draw with Napoli and beat Bayern, goal difference wont come into it because we will have more points?tolmie's hairdoo said:Got this horrible feeling we are actually on the way out, we're being set up for a fall by everyone.
If we don't win in Napoli, even setting aside that a draw would usually be a great result.
I can honestly see us going out on goals because Napoli will smash six past Villarreall if they need to.
It could take something very special indeed against Bayern, and I'm not just talking about winning, but thrashing them.
That opening draw could see us live to regret it.

I know it would be probably be easier to just beat Napoli away and be sure of qualification before the final game. Neither win will be easy.

Sorry I thought Tolmie's third line implied after a draw to Napoli, that a simple win against Bayern would not be enough.the goats backside said:Plain Speaking said:Tolmie surely if we draw with Napoli and beat Bayern, goal difference wont come into it because we will have more points?tolmie's hairdoo said:Got this horrible feeling we are actually on the way out, we're being set up for a fall by everyone.
