A Champions League team who is a few points behind us in the league, changes it's tactics to combat an 18 year old kid & it's the kid we are overrating.

I’d have him over Mahrez any day, but he’d still only be a squad player in our team at his age. I wish we’d hung onto him and I wish himself and Foden would get more game time.

If he got the game time Mahrez got I think he would have been well pleased. We could have saved ourselves s lot of money and spent it where we really need to.

Always thought he was a more direct dribbler than Diaz. Great close control and speed to go with it.

He’s young and not the finished article. He’s first choice at Dortmund. Good for him. He would be heavily rotated at best with us.

Which is why he was right to leave. He is improving at a much faster rate than Foden, who 'was' probably better than him 6 months ago.

We have to decide if we plan on paying 80 mil for the next Kyle Walker, or 150 mil for the next Bernardo Silva, then have no money to fill the other positions, like Utd have done, or whether we prioritise bringing through our own kids to fill out the squad
