For everyone raving about Bayern.. they haven’t even been that good.

we have been 4 goals to the good this early in games a number of times in recent seasons Watford and Spurs spring to mind and honestly Barca have been far worse than either of those teams I mentioned and have managed to score and hit the post as well as fluff their lines a couple of times.

the defending in the this game is the worst I have ever seen at this level. And I mean ever.. Bayern have been poor defensively and Barca.. my word.. the worst I’ve seen from a professional football side for the opening half hour. Ever.

Fernandinho against these forwards is making me nervous. I hope Laporte, Cancelo and Walker have a good game, because it’ll be necessary. I assume Stones won’t play, he couldn’t defend his own waterbottle.

But we have to get passed Lyon first.

Would put Walker at CB, Cancelo RB, Sterling on the right to help out with defensive duties with his pace. Mendy on the left, and hope for the best. That or play with Dinho and hope for the best.
