if they do a draw for quarter and semi finals, won't we automatically know the route to the final?

its to define which side of the earlier draws (qf +sf) will be home side in final. home side gets to wear home kit (away side wears away kit if clash of colours) and also get hike dressing room which depending on venue is usually better than away facilities plus for tv and all programmes home side is named first on marketing material etc.
