Just had e mail saying card declined even though it’s the same unexpired card I used for previous round

Just rang got in at position 2. !!! Known problem (again) sorted

i cant get it to accept my credit card. it says error refused, even though my card details are correct on my account. tried the the other way of putting in the card details on the box that pops up, it then shows 'invalid shopper ip address'.

what can i do to sort this? i ring them and nothing helps.
