Who do you think will be promoted via the play-offs?

Yes, I'd like to see them make it back to the Prem as well. Even though they were the red and white side of Sheffield, I felt in the 1980s that they were the city's underdog club and I had more affinity with them for that reason. Add the fact that they have two of our young players on loan this season and I'd welcome them back up.

The Blades now need 8 points from 5 remaining games even if Luton win the four matches they have left. Shouldn't be a problem, though I'd still be nervous in their position!

As for who comes up through the play-offs to join Burnley and them - please, Lord, not Millwall. And preferably not Luton, either. Even 40 years on, I'm not close to forgiving them for David Pleat dancing across the Maine Road pitch.
I'm thinking more from a selfish POV,and that they would like to spend 40m on our two talents, and or loan another.

If Millwall come up, as it stands there would be 8 London clubs in the top flight, which I think would be a record. I suppose if Luton Town come up, easyJet would claim that to be 8 as well…

Just had a look at the championship table, what a crazy season! Teams from 5th to 13th are realistically in a battle for the last 2 playoff spots.
It has been a crazy season, we've way over achieved considering we were only Promoted last year...scored some great team goals too

How’s Tony Mowbray doing? He was a revelation for Hibs back in the day. Jack Ross less so.

Apparently due to be replaced soon as part of a ‘succession plan’ that both he and the club have confirmed in the past. Despite him doing really well and being in the play-off places.

Strange one really. He was great for West Brom a few years back as well.

Never been to Luton (the town or the ground), but it looks a s***hole....
Have been several times.
Brother in law is a season ticket holder there.
They have tried to move ground several occasions but finances are a big issue. Had planned on a ground, including hotel and casino, etc. but cannot see it happening.
Their ground us stuck in the middle of terraced houses with nothing around it.
Their Oak Road entrance is still an alley way in between 2 houses.

East Lancs Derby, win and you win the league and Burnley have barely filled a quarter of that stand.

Edit, that’s their allocation, shocking decision and probably comes from the police.

Blackburn decided that, because the away end at burnley only holds 2,200, blackburn have done the same to burnley in an away end that holds almost 8,000!!

Yep pathetic by Blackburn.Just means plenty of others will have jibbed in or will be in the surrounding boozers etc.

Blackburn the better side so far 0-0
