All the money you could ever wish for, but they still cant seem to employ anyone who isnt a complete idiot to work for the ticket office.

i hope everyone kicks off, i know its only £7.50, but if they told all the SC holders their ticket was that much more than a day tripper they just wouldnt have done it.

not the only thing that will kick off if they are on completely open sale

Like i said a complete idiot fest seem's to be in charge of the ticket office. First the put them on sale three weeks later than United, then you can only get them on the phone or internet for an extra fee of course.

now sell them cheaper to anyone who can be bothered, and the occasional united fan. It says previous supporter number required on the last sale notice, this one says nothing of the sort.

You really have to wonder how no on seem's to ever notice how shite the ticket office is.

it has been like that for decades mate, apparently it is compulsory that however rich we get our ticket office admin has to be shit

Can anyone explain.

What was/is wrong with putting tickets on sale at the 'ticket office', on the understanding that the supporters must bring their season ticket with them or at least one form of ID if they haven't received their season ticket yet.

Once again we've ended up with people chasing their tails, being charged a booking fee and delivery fee, as well as all the hassle and cost of posting the tickets out.

When will City and the ticket office make buying a ticket a pleasurable and painless experience?

You don't need their cards....
To purchase tickets on behalf of other supporters, the buying supporter must be in possession of each of the respective supporter’s details at the time of booking and be prepared to answer a number of security questions relating to each of the card holders including date of birth and postcode.

Do you guys complain to City about the TO? If you all sent emails to City rather than highlight it here perhaps Cookie might do something about it?

got sore fingers mate done it that many times

GRRR!

Finally got the money together to be able to go so spent over an hour trying to book them online from 5.30 tonight, had to phone up 3 times to see what was going on and why I couldn't get through and finally gave up since it just wouldn't go passed the "BUY TICKETS" button and so ordered them on the phone so incurring the charges, which couldn't be waived by the ticketing office... I sent an email to supporter services to complain, and now find this out!

FUCKING HELL!

I know it's only £7.50 but it's the principal and the sodding inconvenience and aggravation. Pissed me right off!

I won't be going to the Charity Shield next year!
