Heard it at first and then had no interest once you dig into it a bit and find who these people are.

However, the media know what they’re doing as they reinforce their agenda. That’s why we get the never ending news of small boats, framed to dehumanise the people on them.

It’s purposeful.

I’m not sure if people like Kirk are the cause or the symptom of the extreme tensions in US society, probably a bit of both tbf, but anyone who cannot see that his rhetoric, disposition and MO, which were rooted in division and humiliation of people with opposing views, inevitably creates a meaningful nexus to the violent killing this week has zero critical thinking skills and is best ignored imo.

I didn't know who he was but it's appalling that anyone can be murdered because of their beliefs.

Having read about him, it reinforces my view that people who claim to be 'Christian' are not always that christian.

His wife’s little speech last night, was probably the most unhinged thing I’ve seen that’s come out of it.

Literally zero interest in doing saying anything positive, just spouting more of her husbands absolute tripe.

There are a couple of Christians I know who are anything but. Both professional colleagues.

One of them was (accurately) described by another colleague as ‘the most selfish person I have ever met.’

In the interests of balance, some of the nicest people I’ve encountered have been practising Christians.

Given the putative dynamics of the relationship, and who she was married to, it’s hardly shocking.
 
His wife's response was deeply unhinged. Perhaps it was trauma but you'd expect somebody to just say dont say that to the listening world.

it seems as though she was very much as mentally disturbed as he was. Loses all sympathy for being widowed in my eyes, the sympathy for the kids strengthens though. Growing up with a batshit mum hellbent on causing chaos cannot give those kids much hope.
