I doubt we have the ability to romp away with the title.
Of course we do.
United and Chelsea have romped to the title with far worse squads than ours.
If we don't win the league before the last day of the season then Pellers needs to go.
Injuries, poor performances from the players and poor decisions from the match officials always pegs us back. Our two title win suggests we always leave it to the last minute and we have to rely on our title rivals to slip up.
Exactly and this is the season which has to be the exception.
We don't have a new manager to the league, we have added over £100 million in talent which includes some of the best players/ young players in their positions in the world, our core group of players are approaching their peak. Also, we are much stronger than all of our rivals.
How on earth anyone can expect us to challenge the likes of Bayern and Barca when we only just scrape past the likes of United and Chelsea is beyond me.
United have Everton away and arsenal away next two.
They have played Newcastle, Sunderland, Spurs at home, Swansea, Saints, villa and Liverpool at home. I would expect a good return from that lot.
We have been to Spurs, Everton, west brom and played Chelsea. 4 tough games there.
Don't get me wrong we have to take them very seriously but I firmly believe we will be top after 9 games.
We might well have the ability. But this squad of players doesn't have the bottle. They've never been comfortable leading the tile race. We've blown the lead every time we've had it during the season.I doubt we have the ability to romp away with the title.
So you're saying we were lucky to even score a single goal since ours was offside n'all?Things like the offside decisions Pellegrini cannot control.

Away defeats will happen but losing at home to West Ham shouldn't. It's that defeat that could cost us, not this one.
That was a bit of a freak result. Let's just get 2 wins in the next two and 7 wins out of 9 wil be a great start.

The foot he scored with was goal side of the defender.De Bruyne was level and we were in control of the game up until their equaliser and that is for another thread.
Yeah possibly that's true. Dropping intensity because of a cushion of a few points. They aren't scared enough to not let it happen. It is nothing to do with bottle more to do with the complacent attitude that surrounds the sqaud. That is the manager's responsibility (again that is for another topic).
