Cheers mate booked it for 26th-28th. Saved myself £250 on the hotel I nearly booked. 5 mins from the station, 15 mins into the centre, bargain.

My wife and I always use priceline.co.uk to basically put a cheeky bid in for a hotel. You will be surprised how quickly offers get accepted.

Try the etap in Augsburg mate. It's right next to the train station, about 60km from Munich. I'm staying there. Good price.
