cheapest way to wrexham from manchester for this friday?

has anyone got any ideas or suggestions on how to get to wrexham for 2 people (returning on sunday) that costs less than £63? (cheapest train fare)

setting of anytime before 1pm on friday and returning anytime after 1pm on sunday.

will pay someone £40 if they can give us a lift to and from.

As for the cheapest way to Wrexham, why not have a few beers and give your shoes and mobile phones to a friend to look after on Wednesday afternoon and start walking. So long as you don't spend a few hours getting totally destroyed and filled with spunk you should be there by Friday no worries.
