Chesterfield v Boro fa cup semi final at Old Trafford i think. Chesterfield had ball clearly over the line and the it bounced out and a player challenged and ball eventually went in the net, the bent cnut blew for a foul which was after the ball had crossed the line.
For me it was cheating and remember John Duncan Chesterfield manager almost saying it
Years late David Ellery was still adamant he disallowed it for a foul but still didn’t realise the ball crossed the line before ant foul. Robson was manager of high flying Boro against lowly Chesterfield. Ummmm

Beside both Chairman goals being offside, I thought that there was a handling incident in the build up to both goals.
