Cheating in a relationship

All the features you raise are absolutely correct, and mine was a more overarching point and the juxtaposition between the theory of the function and the reality. But of course it makes commercial sense to have a competent//skilled/healthy, available workforce. So yes, I think we are saying essentially the same thing.

He’s absolutely done, and I’d say she was too.

Possibly the most misconceived analogy in the history of this board.

HR is fuck all like climate change.

And what does ‘an invented industry’ even mean? You mean an industry that didn’t previously exist? Like IT or Oil? Or mechanically powered transportation?

Surely any industry that extends beyond something that is merely agrarian, is ‘invented’.

So, in summary, your post is pure, unadulterated wank.

See, the best thing is, if you’ve struggled to be successful in a field of corporate endeavo(u)r, keep quiet. Don’t give people reason to actually assume it based on a post. The irony is yours is kind of the Coldplay Kisscam of posts on this topic.

I'd never trust someone who cheated in their relationship. If you can deceive the people closest to you, you are more than capable of deceiving me too. If you want to be with someone else, at least have the bollocks to tell them so.

I’m struggling to see how any commercial organisation with anything more than a couple of dozen employees can properly function without a section that is responsible for the organisation and oversight of those employees. It could have another name I guess, such as ‘personnel’, but it’s got to be an essential ingredient of any functioning company surely.

I’m all ears if anyone has any alternative suggestions.

I’m not belittling the incredibly upsetting impact it can have; especially on the children but I don’t believe it’s quite at the “tragic” level.
My best mates missus cheated on him. He never got over it. He got locked up for getting grip of the lad in town, with a scaffolding bar. He died not long after getting out of prison. He was only 34. It's was bowel cancer that is on his death certificate. But, he died of a broken heart. It was worse than a tragedy.
