Yeh same with me. I know it's only a pound but it's my pound and I want it back!
 
This NIGHTMARE just keeps getting worse.

I've tried about 10 or 11 times to pre order the shirt. And i tried to do it on my dad's card too.

I'm worried now.

I love Man City, but f*ck, their online shop and support is the CRAPPEST i've ever seen. I remember having a similar problem last year.
 
The full amount plus the £1 has been taken from my account. If I remember correctly, the £1 was credited back to my account last season. It seems it was a holding amount.

It could and probably has happened at loads of places!

Plus did nobody have the little alarm bell in the back of the mind when this happened? I did! I actually thought; "shit even though thats just failed it could have taken all £38 pounds our of my account without an actual shirt order going through for me!" So i just thought; "fuck it!" and im gonna wait til it goes on general sale so it gives the club time to properley sort out all the problems its been having with the payments!

Were people really so daft to keep trying it over and over?

Hey, on the other hand it could also go to signing Eto'o!
 
Got my monthly credit card statement today. Two payments to MCFC, one of €1.18, and another of €63.45. No problem apparently. Watching the post like a hawk for the next two weeks. It's unlikely to be here before the 17th. :-(
