Cheers on ITV4 now

The Kirstie Alley ones were the best for me. I never really took to Shelley Longs character.
Oh and that Lilith was a sexy woman(does that make me odd?)

I thought they both did really well ......

Shelley Long (now 63) says her days at Cheers were brilliant , and that Ted Danson was 'a dream' to work with ...... and for me she played the part of Diane Chambers well .

But the diversity of whole cast were what made Cheers work so well ...... from Norm to Cliff , from Coach to Carla ..... the blend was top notch , it was always gonna be a winner.

Cliff demonstrating his karate skills and selling noisy shoes are 2 of my favourite moments.

Check out the rock version I posted on page one.... :-)

Losing two of it's main characters, Diane and Coach and replacing them with Kirstie Allie and Woody Harrelson, and yet still keeping the magic there was a master stroke....

Ps, I found Lilith horny too....

Great show.
Cliff and Norm were brilliant.

Loved Frasier also and there have been a few episodes with some cheers in it. One was when Woody was in an episode, one with Sam in an episode and a great one when Fraser stopped off in Boston for a inter connecting flight and bumped into Cliff at the airport and Cliff thought he was there for his retirement party, so to save his feelings Frasier and the gang went and Carla, Norm and a few "background" characters were there also. It was funny as hell.
