The ticket office haven't fucked up, the ticket line have. Why not just get your mate to send his keys up in the post and nip round and pick the ticket up?

Yep. In an age where things constantly go missing in the post, tickets are stolen/lost at will, but you want him to send the keys to his fucking house in the post.

Things dont constantly go missing in the post at all. For all post less than 0.1% doesnt turn up. If he sends them special delivery and they lose them he'll be insured and be able to claim £500.

The website also clearly says that tickets will only be sent to the registered address.

Fuck all that just send em, in the very unlikely event they do get lost how would the person finding them know what house they are for!? It would take a while trial and error!
