Love red Leicester and ashamed to say i hate blue cheese. I do try and eat it but the taste is to much for me even with a hand full of black olives.
Camembert on melba with a tiny bit of strong sea salt is divine.

Just got my lad into blue cheese this Xmas - bought a pot of Long Clawson blue Stilton - he's fucking eating it all on me ha ha ha !! As a nipper he was a Baby Bell and nothing else kid - now at 19 he's a vintage cheddar, goats cheese and now blue cheese fan - he's also graduated from cider to wine....... I think he is growing up !!

Add to that Manchego, goats cheese and Wensleydale and that was our cheese board.
With two chutneys, quince jelly, walnuts, grapes and tangerines.

The acid reflux at 3 am was evil!
