Has anyone not had their Chelsea away ticket in the post yet. I can’t make the game anymore and have said to my mate that he can have it but City won’t let him pick it up on my behalf without my ID. Anyone got any other suggestions in case the ticket doesn’t turn up?

I had a similar issue recently when buying from someone who couldn’t make the Wolves game. The ticket didn’t arrive in time and a duplicate could only be collected from Molyneux with photo ID so I missed out.
