5mins of normal time and 8mins of extra time. 13mins in total. The team should be able to see it out.But its not 5 mins is it? its 10+ mins and in a crazy game in the rainy conditions it was inevitable there was going to be twist at the end. I actually thought there was going to be winner right at the death from either side. I was so on edge and glad to hear the whistle so I could decompress. Impressed with Chelsea, they went toe to toe in an epic battle.
Should have had a second yellow just before Chelsea scored their 4th. Pep made his feelings known to Craig Pawson. It might well have changed the outcome had Taylor had the balls to make the right call.Gallagher for them made a positive impact in mid. Thought he read the game so well for them and gave his all. Shades of his CPFC loan days
Yeah we are missing Kev definitely. When it comes down to it we are down two attacking midfielders from where the club wanted to be. We were counting on a healthy Kevin and we wanted to acquire Paqueta. We are just going to have to make do until Kevin comes back.
How he finished that game without a yellow, ill never know!Gallagher for them made a positive impact in mid. Thought he read the game so well for them and gave his all. Shades of his CPFC loan days
Apart from the dubious penalty? It was a pen but they’re hardly ever givenShouldn’t be conceding 4 goals defence awful today. That bald headed red prick is a cheating ****. Got nothing from him today
I'm not panicking, but last year's success was built on us being very, very hard to score more than one goal against. Not seen us that chaotic in years. Was like an early 2017 pep team. Very odd.
We should have got the win. Can't score in 85th min and not be able to see it out. Very disappointing. Would have been huge to head into an international break with a buffer.
They have already drawn with Liverpool.Guaranteed the chavs will shit the bed when Liverpool, Spurs and United rock up.
It was just this. And thank goodness they still happen now and again. It’d be a very predictable, and dull sport if they didn’tI'm not panicking, but last year's success was built on us being very, very hard to score more than one goal against.
Funny that Pep was a bit too cautious at Arsenal away and not imo cautious enough here.
Could be a fluke of a game, could be Pep just working out the right balance for this squad, could be cause for concern. Wish we could play the Liverpool game next weekend, this pacing isn't helping I don't think.
