Was watching in a pub in Oxford with a bunch of Chelsea fans and they thought he was hilarious.

No they cant but 9 pts ahead and what would be only 5 game left for them (6 for us) if they were to beat us would leave a sizeable gap (6 pts if we won our game in hand) - that would mean we would need them to lose another 2 games from only 5 they have left at that point....we would be running out of games ....though again it would still be posssible.

Even a draw next week and its still close - (3 pts if we were to win our game in hand at that point).....plus goal difference (they are +3 better than us at present) -

Stats are one thing...momentum and psychological advantage are other things however and the winner next weekend would have that over the other.....

They have Sporting Lisbon on Wednesday at their place......the fatigue of that game could play into next weekend

I can see Arsenal coming to our plae and playing on the break...they have the players to do it - we will have to be hugely patient next weekend

If there was any doubt about it before, I think this weekend has proved they need to go full strength and full tilt midweek, even maybe risking picking players who might not be 100% if they think it will win them the game. Let’s hope their midweek game goes the full 125 energy sapping minutes.

Weird how early on in the season we were bit ropey in the 2nd half of games and reasonably decent first half, yet we now we seem to play much better in the 2nd half than 1st.
