Chelsea (a) post match thread

Pep needs to work out fast that he doesn't have ruthless match winners in his squad and needs to adjust. Hopefully they've given him a season to experiment to see who he wants to keep and who needs to leave. Hopefully he's spent most of this season on the phone tapping up some quality.

Are we becoming a bit like Arsenal of seasons past play fantastic football pass teams off the park, but have that chink were if we haven't stuck away gilt edge chances teams with their first shot usually score, let's just try and finish the season with the fa cup and top 4 secured and prepare for an assault on all fronts next season with a number of changes to the team ..

I can take missing out in the title to Chelsea this season. They have no champs league and a much better manager.
But spurs? Liverpool? Arsenal? For them to be within 6 points of us is unacceptable.
United? Could an possibly will catch us. Okay they have a better manager than we do but their squad is light years behind ours.

Unacceptable. Any other manager would be looking over his shoulder.

Well we at least tried. chelsea this season is a very difficult puzzle to solve. They've got men behind the ball but with hazard in this form, who I think should be player of the season tinted specs off, it's difficult to catch them off guard. No CL commitment played a big part in their points haul though.

Our season has been plagued by a few months of damp squib keeping, injury to gundogan who was on form, a few suspensions, the anticlimax after Jesus revival only to find he's mortal after all, and KdB being very off colour which I suspect is to do with him being a new dad.

summer can't come any sooner.

Another masterclass from the 'worlds best manager' and his merry bunch of gutless shithouses.

Feck off BBC............
Incredible miss at Stamford Bridge.

Sergio Aguero latches on to Nolito's inch-perfect pass to force Thibaut Courtois into a crucila save.

From the following corner, John Stones is free six yards out, no defenders around him but somehow manages to scoop the ball over the crossbar.

Can City have their £50m back please?

I count that as half a dozen good chances Stones has missed in the last 10 games.

KDB is a mystery.

He gives the ball away, slows play down, doesn't tackle or track back - yet he is capable of playing fantastic passes better than almost anyone else.
