Kaz7, I am hoping that common sense has prevailed and we are taking food from our own chefs and we will eat it on the coach. After all it's a luxury coach. If we are going by air then we take our own food onto the aircraft and stay on it until it is time to drive to the stadium. After all there won't be any traffic jams will there. I'm trying to keep up my positivity, although like you I do not think they should be playing but then I don't think there should be any football played!!

Manchester City FC can confirm that Eric Garcia and one member of staff have tested positive for COVID-19.
Both personnel will now observe a period of self-isolation in accordance with Premier League and UK Government protocol on quarantine.

Honestly Mendy has not been in the mix for a while now and we don't know what is going on with him on a personal level. Also the report in the news is blown out of proportions and it sounds like he had a huge party which he didn't.

Yes he breached the COVID rules and he apologised and City will investigate and decide what to do. But Foden recently also broke the rules and he apologised and everything is back to normal! And Foden is more important of a player than Mendy at the moment so I am not too bothered about Mendy cause we have Ake and Cancelo and even Chenko!

The whole world is a Covid hotspot Karen, but I agree that football shouldn’t be being played in that world. The fact that until less than a fortnight ago 2,000 people were allowed to sit next to each other in the same stand is completely fucking mental, and how far away from reality the football authorities and government really are
