Did Ake play alone in defence?

In case you didnt see the game , the first two Leipzig goals were two headers Nkunku scored while being next to Ake. Not only did he beat Ake to the ball but Ake didnt even jump. Now imagine Lukaku instead of Nkunku.
You can check out the goals on youtube, you could argue that Ake had a fault in the 3rd goal as well.

I voted for a draw but if this fella plays, not a chance. He has not impressed at all since arriving and he is evidently not good enough for our ambitions. We have to hope either Stones or Laporte can play.

I did say it was My team not what I think Pep will play. I prefer Sterling. he's the same player who was one of the top players in the Premier league not so long ago and his game has dipped solely because he's been displaced from the position he is comfortable in.

That’s a shite excuse. Sterling has had enough chances over the past 18 months to prove he’s worth a place in the team. He’s been dreadful and that’s coming from someone who thought Sterling was bordering world class level two years ago.

Pulisic is a big loss too, I'd say he's one of their most dangerous players.

Didn't they both play in the CL final?

Personally I would go with more of a possession based team for this one. Might not create as many chances but shouldn't concede as many either.

In my opinion Kev , Foden and Grealish are our best players right now. Would be a shame not to use them.
You cant judge Kev and Foden based on that final , the whole team didn't preform properly.
