I overlooked that. I like the matchup of Nkunku more for Lewis than the pace Sterling has, anyway.

Nkunku is quality. We saw that at the Etihad against Leipzig. He’s just had an awful run with injuries.

Hopefully he’s still rusty today.

I’m not sure being on the bench for one game means he’s behind in the pecking order.

I think it's a pretty big statement. He'll have expected to start just as Bobb would have had he been fit.

Pretty much as expected. Only minor surprise for me is savinho comes straight in, thought he'd be held back a bit to get used to the team and he'd throw Foden straight in.

Interested to see how the two wingers work, hopefully we give them plenty of the ball quickly and let them go down the outside to supply Haaland. Also excited about those 2 in particular starting as they can both play either side. think it would be a real asset to have them switching wings mid game to change our attack.

Plenty on the bench when needed on 65 minutes.

good going forward but Im never confident with Rico at fullback especially as we have no midfield defensively...this is going to be end to end as Kovacic aint that good defensively and bernardo works hard but we could get overrun in the middle especialy with them having Lavia. Caceido and Enzo all in there
