Kinell, we’ve played 15 games in his first season with a new team on a new continent, he’s just back from the World Cup and you’ve already got him leaving due to lack of game time. This place…

Let's be honest, he is not going to displace Haaland. Can we agree on that? So either Pep changes the formation, or Alvarez suddenly develops into a world class winger.

It’s strong no doubt but points dropped against Newcastle, Villa & Brentford with at least that front 6.

Need to make it click.
We lost too many ground battles in those game. But Chelsea is not a very physical team so it may be working.

Will Walker be back to RB or another midfielder?

Looking forward to watching it all go through him in the middle if the latter…
Hope its back to being a right back, which with sterling there it should be. Hate it if he's inverted as he becomes the fulcrum.

It's simple really. It's either him or Haaland. Pep doesn't fancy Alvarez on the wing or playing 2 up front. Can't blame him if he wants to leave in the near future. It's easy to stick him onto the team sheet here, when you don't have to worry about which positions the players occupy.
WRONG! completely wrong analysis. alvarez has played with a striker at river. you can easily put him next to Haaland. or remove gundo move KDB to that spot and put alvarez in KDB's spot. can be easily done. but man pep is obsessed with control and has to play with 4 midfielders. does he not rate our 3 midfielders to control a game?
