chelsea allocation

Anyone who pays £59 to go and watch us at Chelsea on a Monday night before christmas when it is on TV is either wealthy, stupid or a mug or possibly all 3.

Shocked at those ridiculous prices.

I hope to go. My work is in London so I'll get straight there when I down tools for the night.

-Wealthy? Meh... I get by.
-Stupid? No.
-Mug? That's a Mockney term I've never liked.

Last season was a strange experience. There was a Chelsea shirt in our end, most of the rows towards the back were sitting with standers in front of them and loads of people leaving early. The only pre-Match Pub was an experience, too. It was a South American themed Bar with only one draft Beer. 8 Bells near Fulham, anyone?

£59 with a good chance of a result? I'll take it.

I don't believe I fall into any of those categories but when all's said and done it's one of our biggest games of the season so the lads deserve some support don't you think?

I love going to away games but the prices are well above starting to hurt.

can't do it no more......

The cost of tickets should be reciprocated. You cannot have it both ways, charging us £59 at the Bridge then picking up tickets at the Eithad for £38.
I think we will charge them the maximum we can which will be in its £40's.
Agree with everyone the price is ridiculous now.
id rather go chelsea than arsenal away in the cup - cant do both, so would rather see the league game. Because of the chelsea and liverpool price im missing arsenal - wouldnt of dreamed of missing any game few years ago.
The prem needs to have an away fans charter - £15, £20 and £25 or £20 - £30. The away fan allocation is dropping around the country - ours has suffered last three years, but because of the fantastic football this season is as strong as ever. The charter should also address the impractical journeys away fans are faced with for tv; city v swansea monday nite, chelsea v city monday night for example - both impossible to get home from on public transport!!!

It was £27 in Dec 2000, then soon rose to £40 and £45 and froze for a while. Only seen one win in about 15 there so I reckon I'll give this one a miss.
