I couldn't care less to be honest, "we" as fans know and that's all that matters to me
I'm not so sure it's anything to do with the club

Isn't it the money given to clubs by the PL to help with rising ticket costs?

Be better if the PL told all clubs to charge a maximum of £30 for all away fans

Yeah you're right, all clubs get given a number of games to subsidise either travel or ticket prices and this is obviously one of our games.

It still doesn't stop us knowing we have a brilliant set of supporters along with owners all other clubs only dream of, we're hand in glove :-)

Also, the Clubs have a lot of latitude in terms of how they use this money. They could spend it doing up the bar in the away end so it is great that we are getting these tickets for half price.

Good idea about the £30 max away ticket!

The main thing is, our most loyal fans will get to go to the biggest game of the season for a considerable amount less than they initially thought. Unfortunately I'm worried I'll just miss out having just under 10k ticket points!!

I wonder if SSN will mention this fantastic gesture by our owners..

Probabily not..
This isn't the club. The Premier League give every club money every season so that clubs can put this sort of thing on a few times a season.

Everton went at 8000, see this as below that

Is there any hope they will go on open sale? With the 530 k.o thought I might ave got a few with the price and all,now they have lowered the price looks like I'm snookered, got 40 quid returns too,so looks like a wander round the smoke, still be a good day out. Btw I've got 5500 points bit of a long shot.

Wasn't going to go because I knew it was going to cost me more than £100 for an adult and 2 kids tickets. Definitely doing it now and the train prices are still reasonable

9k was enough for Arsenal and this one has pluses and minuses being a worse away day but looking like a key game.

Half the fans seems to sell on to southern fans for the Arsenal game.
