Anyone having trouble transferring a ticket? I'm trying to transfer to a person in my friends and family but the transfer button isn't active?

I've got tickets for todays game but they are print at home tickets - I don't have a printer and I can't seem to add them to my mobile wallet.

Is there anyway around this or do I need to find a way to print them at the post office or similar?
