Really hope we don't play them if we get to the CL final as they seem to have our number. Very athletic, pacy and technically sound. Probably the only team we've played this season who have had more possession than us causing our 'fresh' team to look really leggy.

The magic formula that led to that amazing run was fielding almost same team .Confidence and team spirit was sky high. He messes with the formula in the derby defeat, now Leeds Chelsea and presumably spurs. Some rotation may be needed but this is just poor man management . What made him think Mendy and Sterling on one wing was a good plan?
Once we stray from the core team the formula falls apart.

Awful game, PG got tactics wrong imho, but players still need to perform and too many didn’t deliver. Too many couldn’t be arsed. Sterling useless, again. Jesus no threat, but tbf he didn’t get the service. Too many changes just to appease players. Looked more threatening when Stockport Iniesta and Gundog came on, but prob should have played from the off. Another case of Pep overthinking it?

To many changes from the Dortmund game. Players out of form or not good enough starting an fa cup sf, cost us. I understand rotation but 8 changes? Is a bit ott for such a supposed big game.

We keep trying to make excuses or analysing peps the tactics.the guy is a joke.well I don’t mind getting beat ten nil if it’s the right squad the right tactics but time and time again pep fucks it up.

A joke that has more than 30 titles, that has revolutioned football, a joke that a lot of people think created the best football team in history(Barcelona) and the best PL football in history(City), a joke that has won 3 PL 3 Carabao 1 FA 2 Community...but I am sure you know more

This rotation crap has to stop especially at the key end of the season. A semi final is not the time to bring in the reserves especially when they are Mendy (who is beyond poor) Sterling (who is more and more of a liability) Torres (who is very average) Leeds last week should of been a clear warning to Pep that the players cannot relied upon. Every game now is a key game and professional footballers should be able to play to games a week, so no Mendy, Torres or Sterling again please.

Sterling is a top class player. He's not had much game time. You have to get in on the ball in dangerous positions. We didn't.
