I vaguely recall Chelsea thumping City 5-1 or thereabouts in the FA Cup a few years back, which nobody seems to have mentioned. I also recall having attended the Full Members Cup final at Wembley when Chelsea led 5-1 midway through the second half, a match also being remembered for pitch battles outside.

it will be interesting to see if Chelsea have a go or sit back and watch us play. On their day they are a decent side but we should have more than enough to win comfortably if Pep doesn‘t rotate to much.

Yeah I'm surprised by that too, some giving themselves no hope and a few mentioning they should focus on the league. If they put their strongest team out we'll be in for a tight game, I suppose it comes down to whether they need to rotate as well.
