I'm confident about today.

Chelsea under TT will become a major force and challenge in the league and Europe in the coming seasons but he's been there 5mins and still needs to sort both the defence and attack to match Pep's adaptability with the squad and after our win in midweek i just think we are will have too much momentum for them to deal with us.

It'll be tight to start but we have too much for them.

Honestly think the PSG/UCL games are the only ones we will struggle with.

I'm almost equally excited about this game as I was the BVB games, but for different reasons. Pep's gonna have Tuchel in his head like he's had Klopp in his head the last few years.

Hard to predict what sort of line up Pep goes with, but I suspect it's going to be very strong. Steffen, Walker, Dias, Laporte, Cancelo, Rodri, Bernardo, KDB, Mahrez, Sterling, Jesus feels about right - but then I wouldn't be shocked if Foden played again and if Gundo played again too. Even Stones dropping out may just come down to how fit Laporte is.

I think it's important for City to set the tone with this Chelsea team precisely because of the way Tuchel is going to be in Pep's head. A win today and a top performance to show them what we're about.

2-0 City.

I'm looking forward to a City masterclass live on BBC today. Viewing figures will be through the roof.

This is basically a home game for us. We excel at Wembley. Have no fear blues! Our team is a class above and will not let their performance levels slip in this game.

Keep the faith! :-)

I get your drift but think it more likely the case that Tuchel will have Pep in his head given their record against each other.

A chance to put on a show for the wider non-subscribing viewing public.
