i don't think we should change much ? maybe the keeper steffen plays in goal and mendy at left back and laporte for stones. i don't even see sterling or jesus starting and the front 3 in a false 9 will be the same

out of the big games we have coming up this semi final is the key to the so called quadruple ? the win will take us into the villa game and the league cup final on a high and i think the players like the pressure of wanting to do it

for the first time we shown any sort of passion after the phil foden goal vs dortmund. the team was as one on the touchline and the togetherness was written all over the faces. they believe they can do the quadruple and that is good when players are not fearing the achievement it would be for a english club to do it

but chelsea are a hard nut to crack and being at wembley gives them a london advantage. but the big wembley pitch suits city and making chelsea chase the ball for 90 minutes will be key

I'm not sure how playing at Etihad South gives Chelsea an advantage

Although a resurgence from Chelsea I’m inclined to see this in the same light as the recent Leicester game, there was a clear gulf between the two and I don’t see this any different... they were only beaten a week ago by fat Sam’s WBA and it was clear from that they struggle out of possession, which is our forte..

Hope I’m wrong, because if Pep does want to win the quadruple, even though he won’t admit it, he can’t make wholesale changes like he did for the Leeds game. At least half a team didn’t play in Dortmund on Wednesday, so they will be expecting a game. Pep also has Villa to think about next Week. Which is a must win. We can’t afford anymore slip ups in the league. And it won’t be an easy game. If Pep makes the wholesale changes I can see Chelsea winning.

You are wrong, because he’s never ever said that. He always says that he wants to win every game. Generally limits his focus by saying he wants to win the next game then look forward but ‘doesn’t want to win the quadruple’ - not sure where you got that from?

He’s dismissed it as impossible as it‘s never been done before but he’ll want to achieve the impossible - that’s what he’s all about.

Wouldnt be surprised if Pep re-called Sterling to the team , although on current form he doesnt deserve it , but he has to be given game time for his form to return , he needs a couple of goals to get his confidence back but i dont think Tuchel's Chelsea will be giving up many chances. We will need to be ultra clinical for this game , it will be nothing like Lampard's Chelsea team.
