thats what I was thinking... maybe Ancelotti doesn't rate him???

Think he does - he's come out and said what a skillful player Cole is. BUT he is still a fair way from fitness. Matches he has played you can see him puffing and struggling to last 60 minutes. That said, I'd have still thrown him on, but maybe Ancelotti thought it was too risky what with his long injury lay off and the poor weather conditions.

Anyway, lucky for you lot he didn't come on - we'd have won if he had!!!
And if my auntie had bollocks, she'd be my uncle.

I was sat next to a Chelsea fan on the bus home from work today, I was about to take the piss when he pulled his folder out of his Chelsea ruck sack and when I read " Felipe, yr 5" "Homework schedule from Mrs Wiliams" I thought- Let this one go_ The Rag from yr 6, well different matter !

One of the CFC fans websites is called view from the bridge. If you go on there, the main review is IMHO a remarkably balanced and well written piece, which concludes that City had the rub of the green once or twice but overall deserved their win. Then you can go to the PMSL effort written by someone else whose basic conclusion is that Howard Webb is on a desperate one man mission to stop Chelsea and will lie cheat and break the rules to do so.

That Chelsea got beaten by a better team on the day doesn't enter into it. Neither does the goalkick/corner for their goal or why Webb failed to card Ivanovic for 3 fouls on Robi in the first 15, or why neither Carvalho or Beletti got straight reds.

To be honest i genuinely don't think that Richards handle it ..... why would he NOT try to get out of the way of a goalbound shot from SWP???

To me he made every attempt to pull his arms in towards his body , he didn't deliberately stick them out so he could divert a shot that was probably going in anyway ........ and that can't be classed as deliberate handball in my book.

Other than that Chelsea scored from a corner that , in all honesty , should have been a City goal kick.

But to be fair they are a great side ..... they defended really well , and broke with pace , and Essien and Drogba are superb players ...... yeah , they might have scored the penalty , yeah , Drogba should really have scored towards the end ..... but this is City we're talking about , things happen to us , and realistically we were never gonna end a run of seven successive draws against a 'lesser' team , were we????

The SWP shot was straight at JT, unliely to go in, and the 'keeper should have had it anyway.

After the 3 Pens against us all for hand-ball, including the made-up Hull one, none of which were deliberate, I couold not care less if Richards did handle it. Especially how drogba took up basketball against us the other year.

Almost seems a 50/50 split what I have read online some honestly admitting they where done others just spouting rubbish about Webb. One comment I read had me in stiches apparently Tevez apparently delibrately made sure Carvalho kicked him..no he tried to block the clearence and got kicked for it by a player trying to be sneaky but who got caught
