Time to extent the ground's capacity - a 3,000 seat facility in the middle of a main(e) road preferably with tram lines down the middle. They can watch the game on their phones.

I think when Winter was at the City dipper game he was in a blind spot.
Plus coins are very easy to see when thrown as they are shiny. A big red smoke flare on the other hand isn't.

That area has been used 16 times, even United have been up there before… no problems with anyone apart from Everton, Liverpool and Chelsea out of 16 sets of visitors.
