The city website has been a joke for this game. Firstly, we are unable to transfer tickets unless you ring up city and secondly, even when you do have a ticket it won’t show as the Chelsea match in your mobile’s wallet (even though it should still allow entry no matter what game is shown on the pass apparently). And even when you do ring up and transfer a ticket to someone on your F&F list, it still doesn’t allow that person to add it to their mobile wallet on the city site. And so the only option is to ask for a print at home ticket to be emailed to the person you are transferring to. Talk about complicated!

Got one spare in South stand lower, assuming you got membership number can transfer to- think will have to do over phone too as the online transfer thing is down

I had this problem too but we got there in the end. Our Ticket Office do make it difficult for themselves.
