Chelsea (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

zero end product? Watch the match again
Eh? I'm really not going to watch that match again but from being there and watching the game live I don't remember us actually scoring from a run/cross/header/pass he made? Maybe you watched something different to me?

'Cut him some slack' lol, deary me, and they call me a 'fanny wipe' if you've got a problem with my post take it up with the admins.
Maybe “cut him some slack” has a different meaning in South London I don’t know, but I’ll leave it there because I don’t want a ban from the mods.

All I know is we were shocking and barley deserved a point.
Shocking isn't a word I'd use to describe yesterday's performance. I'd say we started poorly (although on top) piled on the pressure as the game wore on, albeit not as cohesively as normal and were especially wasteful with our chances - could have been 5 - 2. I would say that a megazillions team like Chelsea played the same park the bus tactics as Brentford (it's reasonable to expect Brentford to play like that in their circumstances) and there's no way a team assembled at such colossal expense deserved anything (you say we barely deserved a point) on the basis of what I saw. Easy to see why they're tenth. Yes, they had a couple of chances but two chances doesn't equate to deserving a win (if we barely deserved a point).

We draw one game at home and it's the end of the world - totally.
Absolutely fucking laughable some of the posters on here. Obviously,
they were not around in the real dark days...
I know where you're coming from but it's not just the one draw at home.

A new manager , centre forward, right back , left back , central midfielder and possibly centre half and they might be happy. Not sure if we can get them all by Tuesday night so I imagine they will give the game a serve .

Thought we pretty much controlled the game. A bit more precision in the box, and Walker not haring across the pitch to leave Raz unmarked, and that would have been an easy win.
Sometimes shit happens and we didn’t lose this game, which 99% of the time in the past we would have done.
I fear for Brentford on Tuesday looking at the mood in the camp.
