Has anyone seen the MEN player ratings? The new boy gets 4, Kovacic 4, Bernardo 6, Nunes 6 and Marmoush only 6. That Rag journalist needs a good thrashing.
 
Was quite worried before KO and then that first 20mins I thought christ on a bike

But fairplay to the lads.....got themselves back into the game and I thought we were very good. Lovely to see that again.

I predicted 3-1 as we always concede at least 1 goal. I also said to my son we need balls over the top. While City have a non existent midfield we have to go route 1 much more and it paid off today. Think The Egyptian price will be dynamite before long, his movements and positioning is top notch. Also Haaland won't feel so much pressure to score every match which will help him develop his game in other areas. Still making stupid misplaced passes but if we are scoring 2/3 a game we can get away with it.
 
On days like today, our midfield and even our defenders need to get their heads up faster and fire it over the top. At the close of the first-half, Chelsea’s entire back four were holding their line a yard inside our half! If other teams try that and insist on man-to-man marking, Haaland and Marmoush will have a field day.
 
Pleasantly surprised after seeing the team before the game and then watching the first 10 mins when it looked like we were gonna be on the receiving end of a drubbing

But the boys knuckled down, shown some fight and some courage... which has been sadly lacking recently. And slowly played their way back into the game and ran out worthy winners in the end

Gundogan man of the match for me. Worked his arse off, ran the game, and didn't run out of steam after an hour
