Commentators underestimate the levels of concentration and intelligence required to play the way we did today. Momentary lapses are inevitable, but playing like that for so long simply makes the players even more intelligent and even more drilled in the system; it must however be just as draining as haring it around Stoke looking for the the ball in the sky.

Nothing bad. They were rightly critical of Chelsea surrendering from the kick off and Neville praised City for playing the old United way under Fergusson - ruthless when necessary, economical when not and willing to stop anyone trying to break with a 'good' foul where needed.

And that twice now City have won 1-0 v Chelsea and those scores sound closer than either game was.

I think he was spot on.
