Cracking game that was, chelsea kept at it, but we were too good and kept our class throughout.
That matchday thread is bizarre, KDB, laporte and foden who were all excellent today all got a slating, god knows what game some folk are watching

Interesting comment about Foden. I thought he was well off it today. Don't think the false 9 suits him tbh though.

Could you sound like more of a sanctimonious tosser? What do you want an echo chamber? I literally said at the end of my initial post i was pleased overall but it wasn't a vintage display for me whatsoever. Our forwards were wastful on the counter, our energy levels(phil and raz aside) seemed below theirs even though they played midweek, we gave away some seriously sloppy balls, and had kev not banged that one chance in(from nowhere) the overall reaction would have been very different.

It was a 6/10 by our standards but fortunately it was still enough to beat them because they were so unambitious lol. 6/10 for quality mind you...in terms of effort we did better.

Energy levels low? Everyone put a hard shift in especially Bernado

To be fair to BT, the commentary was balanced. I understand why they would want a chelsea win if only to extend the title race.

What an excellent win that was. To a man absolutely brilliant. Not too impressed with Grealish. These are the games where he needs to step up. No major concern though. I have been quite vocal against Rajeev in the past but especially today and his recent games he has shown great character and strength of mind to prove us doubters wrong.
Title is ours to lose now, which we won’t of course. What a team. I feel so blessed and lucky to be a supporter of the best club team in Europe.

The CL winners mustered one (1!) attempt at goal over 180 minutes against us. That's incredible.

CL is a myth. Don’t get me wrong, we need to win it. However, winning it doesn’t prove anything re the quality of the side. The current CL holders were shit-scared of us and have parked the bus twice this season.

I’m one of his biggest defenders but thought he stunk the place out today. Barely retained position in tight areas. Contrast to Sterling skinning players left right and centre
