Which is fair enough and that's next season but we need him now!!!
 
Well Khusonov is getting tested as that midfield defensively is non existent. Kovacic is going to have to have the game of his life to stop the chelsea midfield....Gundo adds nothing definsively at all and Bernardo is running on funes....Marmoush and Foden are going to have to work extremely hard to press from the front and help the midfield

The worry is that it could be Bernardo right, Marmoush left, and Foden in the second striker role that De Bruyne has been playing (or Foden left, Marmoush more central). Leaving Kovacic and Gundogan in midfield ….

I also remember that one game at Stamford Bridge where Pep suddenly thought let's sit a bit deeper and attack very directly. Wonder if he wants to try that here as well. Think it was the 20/21 season and it worked perfectly and would suit this team
 
Could be any formation.

My guess is Pep will want total control of the middle.

Gvardiol and Nunes as the fullbacks high and wide.

Midfield 3 of Bernie, Gundogan and Kovacic to be deep close to the CBs.

Marmoush and Foden as inverted wingers, coming in to play behind Haaland.
