Did he say that when the Premier League threw the 115 at us?Kaveh Solhekol has been busy explaining why it wouldn't be fair on the present owners and players to do more than fine them.
Did he fuck.

If an owner change stops any charges being brought, we’ve missed a trick in not changing owner!I don't see why Chelsea should be punished.
As the new owners were doing due diligence, before buying Chelsea, they saw the rule breaches. They immediately flagged it up.
The fact that Abrahmovitch got away with it for so long is what should be highlighted.
It shows how weak the PL and FA are. They are so frightened of upsetting the old guard they do ot act in a responsible, professional manner.
They are not fit for purpose.
Don't worry, the media being true to form, are giving it the positive PR spin that any American owned football club deserves.watch the media on how they report it! Because I’ll bet it be gone in the media come next Monday! They won’t have the media going on about it for months! What the previous owner did means nought it’s Chelsea football club who cheated so paying players of the books to make them sign for them is very very serious that was absolutely a sporting advantage! They could have never won certain trophies if they didn’t Cheat!

Makes me fucking sick to my stomach.Don't worry, the media being true to form, are giving it the positive PR spin that any American owned football club deserves.
Todd Boehly and his consortium are being praised as we speak, for highlighting this despicable oversight of the club's previous owner.
The well informed gentleman on Sly Sports Is reporting that; Todd and his trusted accountants did their due diligence prior to the takeover and self-declared these financial misdemeanors immediately.
In fact they were so comprehensive in their accounting acumen they saw fit to withhold £100M from the purchase price for such an eventually.
The main buz words that our reliable friends in the media are brandishing, regarding Todd's involvement in discovering this financial fiasco are; "full transparency" "honest assessment" and "full cooperation" with the FA.
Which is framed slightly differently to the way they report on MCFC and the 115 charges that have been leveled at the club, and our fine CEO Khaldoon Al Mubarak.
But don't you worry, there is absolutely no bias from the media......... apparently.
He went through our charges and how serious they were and explained the punishment we would could receive then sky had loads of people for an interview lambasting usDid he say that when the Premier League threw the 115 at us?
Did he fuck.
That's as close to gallows humour, as I think we're going to get. ;-)Welcome Chelsea...

The entity that is charged is Chelsea FC, not the owner, so new ownership makes no difference in law.watch the media on how they report it! Because I’ll bet it be gone in the media come next Monday! That makes us the good guys too, as we self reported that we did nothing wrong.I'm seeing a lot of "we self reported so we're the good guys" online.

Can't believe the FA have drummed up all these Chelsea charges up, donkeys years later .... you'd have though they'd had more than enough frustratingly watching the Premier League trying to press home City's charges!!
Brilliant idea/thinking! We could organise a rota, each of us volunteering to do a couple of weeks owning the club before passing it on to the next person! I've just been moving a few bob around (ISAs, Bonds etc) so I could chip in some spare moolah to cover for at least a fortnight, then pass it on to the next Blue. We'd only need a dozen or so of us to get involved to blow away this whole '115' thing..! 'Bob's yer uncle, Francesca's yer aunt', job done..!If an owner change stops any charges being brought, we’ve missed a trick in not changing owner!
